• TodBox offers a personalized monthly subscription based on the child's age and weight.
• Box contents are updated monthly based on the data provided by the customer and internal age-weight models.

• All prices are in SAR and include VAT.
• Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways integrated with the store.
• Orders are only confirmed after successful payment.

• Boxes are shipped to the registered address within the timeframe indicated on the product page.
• In case of shipping delays, customers will be contacted with updates.
• TodBox is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company after dispatch.

• Subscriptions can be modified or canceled at least 48 hours before the box is prepared.
• Used or opened products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
• If the product or size is incorrect due to our error, we take full responsibility and will offer a replacement or refund.
