• "Store" or "We" or "TodBox": refers to the TodBox mobile application.
• "Customer" or "You": refers to any user who visits or purchases from the store.
• "Service": includes monthly subscriptions, customized products, and special offers provided through the platform.

• Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information, especially child-related data (age, weight, etc.).
• The app and the website must not be used for any illegal or fraudulent purpose or in violation of Saudi Arabian laws.

• TodBox offers a personalized monthly subscription based on the child's age and weight.
• Box contents are updated monthly based on the data provided by the customer and internal age-weight models.

• All prices are in SAR and include VAT.
• Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways integrated with the store.
• Orders are only confirmed after successful payment.

• Boxes are shipped to the registered address. Delivery is available to most cities across Saudi Arabia, within 2 business days inside Riyadh and 5–7 business days for other cities we serve.
• In case of shipping delays, customers will be contacted with updates.
• TodBox is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company after dispatch.

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the renewal date. The option to modify, customize, or postpone the subscription opens 7 days before the renewal date.
• Used or opened products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
• Unopened boxes may be returned within 7 days of receipt in accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law; return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• If the product or size is incorrect due to our error, we take responsibility and compensate the customer according to the case.

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Data is used solely to improve service and personalize your experience.

All content displayed on TodBox (logo, images, designs, text) is our exclusive property and may not be reused or copied without written permission.

By using the service, you agree to receive transactional communications via email, SMS, or WhatsApp related to your subscription and deliveries.
