Subscription Policy

At TodBox, we offer a flexible monthly subscription service fully customized to your child's age and weight, ensuring they receive the right products at the right time.

Subscription Model

  • By subscribing, the customer authorizes TodBox to automatically charge the selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis unless the subscription is paused or canceled in accordance with the policy.
  • Each box includes products tailored to the child's age, weight, and needs (such as diapers, wipes, and care products).
  • Box contents are updated monthly based on the data provided by the customer and our internal age-weight models.

Monthly Adjustments

  • Customers can update the child's information (weight, age, preferences) through their account before the next shipment is prepared.
  • A reminder is sent via app notification, email or WhatsApp before the box is shipped to confirm or adjust the order.

Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Boxes are prepared on the same day each month, based on the subscription start date.
  • We recommend updating the child's data at least 48 hours before shipping to ensure appropriate product selection.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their subscription at any time through their account.
  • Cancellation must be made before the box is prepared to avoid charges or shipment.
  • Subscriptions canceled after processing cannot be refunded.

Billing & Fees

  • Subscription fees are automatically charged to the registered payment method monthly.
  • All prices include VAT.
  • If the payment fails, the customer will be notified to update their payment details within 48 hours to avoid service interruption.
