We currently offer a comprehensive Care Plan covering your baby's essential needs (such as diapers and wipes), with flexible add-ons available based on your preferences.
Coming soon, we'll introduce new plans and services including formula, toys, and more—designed to support your baby's journey even further.
Can I see the products before subscribing?
Yes, you can view product details and options directly in the app before confirming your subscription.
When is the box shipped?
Your box is prepared and shipped monthly on the same date as your subscription.
Is the subscription auto-renewed?
Yes, the subscription renews automatically each month to ensure continuous service. You can easily modify or cancel anytime through the app.
Can I update my baby's info or size?
Yes, you can update product brands and size directly through your account in the app before the shipping date.
Do you deliver across all cities?
Currently, delivery is available within Riyadh only. We're working on expanding to other cities across Saudi Arabia soon.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Mada, Visa, MasterCard, and Apple Pay through a secure payment gateway within the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
