How are the products customized?
When you subscribe, you provide your baby's age, weight, height, preferred brand, and night-feeding needs. We use this information to customize the products and select the appropriate diaper size and quantity.
What plan is available?
We currently offer a comprehensive Care Plan covering your baby's essential needs (such as diapers and wipes), with flexible add-ons available based on your preferences.
Coming soon, we'll introduce new plans and services including formula, toys, and more—designed to support your baby's journey even further.
Can I see the products before subscribing?
Yes, you can view product details and options directly in the app before confirming your subscription.
When is the box shipped?
Your box is prepared and shipped monthly on the same date as your subscription.
Is the subscription auto-renewed?
Yes, the subscription renews automatically each month to ensure continuous service. You can easily modify or cancel anytime through the app.
Can I update my baby's info or size?
Yes, you can update product brands and size directly through your account in the app, from 7 days before your next renewal date.
When can I customize or modify my next month's order?
The option to modify, customize, or postpone your subscription opens 7 days before your next renewal date.
Do you deliver across all cities?
Delivery is available to most cities across Saudi Arabia — within 2 business days inside Riyadh and 5–7 business days for other cities.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Mada, Visa, MasterCard, and Apple Pay through a secure payment gateway within the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through the app before the next renewal date.
Can I return a box?
You can return a box within 7 days of receiving it if it is unopened and in its original condition; return shipping is at your cost. Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
